What if I want to give a Pet DMV product as a gift?

No problem! If you don't have a photo of their pet, fill out all of the information and we will ship a kit to their house with a free coupon. All they have to do is send us a photo of their pet in the envelope we provide and we will send them their Pet DMV product along with their picture. All Gifts will be wrapped with a card. more info

What size is the tag?

The collar ID tags measure: 1-1/8" x 2-1/4". . The Pet DMV ID is laminated inside a clear tough propionate plastic cover for extra protection.

What if I don't have a photo on my computer, or can't email a picture?

First, you can still order online without a photo. Simply fill out all of the information, make your payment, and we will send you a kit with samples, a brochure, and even a free Pet DMV magnet. Inside the kit will be an envelope with our address--simply place the photo in the envelope and we will make your custom-designed Pet DMV product as soon as we receive it. All photos will be returned promptly.
